VIC | A non -acquisitive art award with a total prize money of $4,500. Works in all media are invited, except video and installation art.

ARTfest Digital throws out a challenge to all digital artists and short film makers to explore Escape ARTfest’s 2017 theme “SPARK”.

$20,000 Non-Acquisitive Prize. Paintings must not exceed 240 cm x 240, including any framing. D rings must be attached to all works by the artist.
